IMPORTANT QUESTIONS
· Have you downloaded the Travel Declaration Form and Letter on IVLE ? (Please read letter on the school website www.rvhs.moe.edu.sg)
· Did you travel out of Singapore during the June holidays?
· Which country did you visit?
· When did you travel?
· When did you arrive in Singapore?
· Are you well today?
· When did you start feeling unwell? How do you feel? Do you have fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, headache, etc?
· If you have forgotten your password to IVLE or faces technical issues, email to rvhs@moe.edu.sg, stating your name, class and NRIC number as well as phone number.
· If you have travelled to an H1N1 affected country/region and is not feeling well, please call 993 for medical assistance. You should also stay at home until you are fully recovered. Please do not go out e.g. shopping, for meals, take the MRT or socialise with others until the doctor tells you that you are well.”
· If you have travelled to an H1N1 affected country/region and arrived in Singapore on or after 22 Jun 09, youwill be issued with an Leave of Absence (Travel to Affected Countries) for the next 7 days from the date of return to Singapore (the 7 days exclude the day of return). During this period, you will stay at home, and the school will make arrangement for you to catch up on your school work. You will monitor your health and update the school on a daily basis. The school will proceed to mail the LOA (Travel to Affected Countries) letter to you. You will arrange for the Travel Declaration Form to be returned to the school, or bring it back after the LOA period.
REMEMBER!
· submit travel declaration form via email rvhs@moe.edu.sg if you have travelled to affected area in the past 7 days.
· submit travel declaration form on the first day of school to be handed to Mr Bryan Tan.
· bring ODT (thermometer) to school EVERYDAY.

2009年中二华文假期作业
试以一位推销员的身份向读者推销一本华文阅读书籍,小说或游记(有故事性的内容),开学后呈现(呈现时间待定)。
推销方式 (WHAT WE NEED TO DO) :
1)制作一份微软剪报(powerpoint)(不得多于12页)。
2)一份书面呈现报告(介于400-800字之间)把微软剪报的内容进一步说明。
3) 口语呈现,向同学即时推销书籍(不得多于3分钟)。
内容[REQUIREMENTS]:
1.书名、作者简介。
2.推销内容应说明为什么读者非读这本书不可,有什么卖点(语文、 内容、人物等方面)。
例如:从书中抽取一段你认为最吸引你的内容,说明吸引的原因。内容的构思、语言的运用。欣赏的人物,欣赏的原因,如性格特征、能引起共鸣等(至少举两个例子加以说明)
3.内容也可包括这本书是否对你产生任何影响(生活上、课业上、人际关系、价值观念、思想观念等。)
4.提供推荐指数,例如:☺☺☺☺或者4/5(最高指数为5)
截止日期:2009年7月1日(星期三)

a)内容:内容充实,能引用例子说明,细节丰富。能突出重点、条理清楚。
b)表达:词汇丰富、多样化、生动贴切。语音标准规范,语调得当,口齿清晰。
c)肢体语言:有信心,偶尔看稿,留意听众。
3-5分
a)内容:简单讨论,没能抓住重点发挥。组织不完整、没有条理。
b)表达:词不达意,句子不规范。声量小,语音不准、语调失当,声量小,带有一些习惯语、英语、方言。
c)肢体语言:有一点信心,不断念稿,偶尔留意听众。
0-2分
a)内容:内容的深广度 内容空洞,没与主题挂钩。组织凌乱、漫无章法。
b)表达:文句不通,词不达意。音量太小,语音不准,语调不清,语速不当,带有明显的习惯语、英语、方言。
c)肢体语言:缺乏信心,一直念稿,很少留意听众。
